FYI, to disable the "Ultimate Side Columns" mod, since it was somewhat showing up in the mobile style, add:

$vbulletin->options['usc_enable_left']=0;
$vbulletin->options['usc_enable_right']=0;

to the disable addons box!

//disable vb ad management
$vbulletin->options['vbam_onoff']=0;

//disable forum ad management
$vbulletin->options['vbam_forum_onoff']=0;
