This should work for you. I changed it so it will fit your site. If you modify your site's layout through cafe press then it'll probably make it invalid.
On line 70 there is a variable called $custom_cart_image change the value of that to be the path to your new add button.

hmm, 3.6.x was as far back as I worked on it. You could try it though, the only thing it does on the install is add some variables, no template changes or anything so pretty easy to back it out.
