How do I change the sidebar to be on the bottom like default vbulletin style?

Great job on the design!
Just downloaded it and was looking through to make some adjustments.
I came across some problems and need a reponse when you have time.

1. Everything seems fine when i add 4-5 Forums but when i add more than 10 the tables get all jumbled up. you can see the attached image.
2. How do i have the welcome msg. show up like the demo version on fluidaero?
3. Lastly, as labtec was saying, there are no right side borders on some tables. I know he posted on how to fix it but, where do i paste the coding he put up?

Hey.. How do i change the Text on the sidebar? The last one that says
