I have it chmodded at 777 and it's still not working :s any ideas??

For about an hour it stopped updating the current song. So I restarted SC, reinstalled the plug-in.. everything I can think of. Now for current song playing all I get is
It shows all the other stats accept current song and last 19 played

Ok there are a few things that could be happening.
- Lets rule out server error first.

Goto: "shoutcast server ip:port"
- http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:port/played.html
- This should display your history of songs directly from the server.

If you have the same blank results there for each song. The DJ (source) that feeds the server may not have "enable title updates" and URL, Title are checked off in the DSP. (see attached)

That was all checked. I just restarted WinAMP and that seemed to fix it. I am wondering if the new AAC+ encoder is buggy.

Two things I'd love to see for a future build is it display cd cover artwork and a "buy now" affiliate link to amazon.

Does anyone know how to setup On Demand Audio with Shoutcast so that this hack plays a list of MP3 files I have on the server in the /contents directory?

That is, when there is no live DJ streaming music, Shoutcast offers a feature called "On Demand" where music is still played from a list of MP3s on the server.

That is not a big problem, I'll wip something up after I get ajax updates of current song and history.

I just found out... if your shoutcast server goes down... your main index will seach for updates... so it will hang for a while... so a tip... if your shoutcast goes down disable plugin till its back up... great plugin BTW

Zachariah, your support is excellent. Just love your hack and involvement in keeping everyone updated on what is happening. One of the worst things about some other hacks is there is little support.
