Hey James, 'tis Jaci! Just as I said in the above post. It will work fine once you do this...

Just uninstall the plug-in and then re-install it. Then you want to re-upload the two PHP files in the download. If ya need any help then IM me on MSN.

Can I put my own form on the new page created, instead of the custom profile fields?

I dont see any download only a single XML file.

Oh my bad... I know what I did. When I first downloaded the instructions, I downloaded the two PHP files from my vbulletin files and saved them in the folder just in case. So just download the two PHP files you make the edits too, check to make sure the edits are still there, then re-upload. Then it should work. I'm sorry, I forgot I did it this way. LoL

Thought that was it but I did the edits and the option still does not show.

No, ergo why it's called Extra Profile Fields Page.

There are no PHP files that I have created. He may be talking about the edits of the PHP files. You have to re-do ALL of the steps in the instructions.
