what is the install code for this?

after updating this on my 3.5 board, ive noticed in the admin cp options, the option to change the currency has now changed...to this..
and also this part.....Units Of Time For Subscriptions Time Periods

which now looks like this :

as it displays like this now, i cannot change the options.....the select buttons/drop downs have gone.

any help ???

it worked fine before the update...also the other hack of yours did ....until updated.
