Edit the template (Top_Posters_bit) to suit.

I have installed a left nav bar for our site. (From this mod) Is it possible to put a link to the Top Posters in there? If so, please tell me the code to use. Thanks!

Is there a way change it to also show the top average posts per day, or to at least add that info for the users listed in the Overall column?
