my what's going on part isnt in my forumhome template. infact its in my navbar. (re-arranged)

Ive read through the thread and noticed that my problem is that i dont have the tags which the product looks for.

now ive searched for the tags and code pointed out but my template doesnt have it.. so where can i go from here? would it have to be a template edit??

You have the required comment, so something else is wrong with either how you have it installed/setup, or you have a broken plugin inteferring with it. Impossible to tell from here.
