in vb options you will have something that says Enable Ajax Disable ajax disable problem ajax

check for that

I tried that as well and it doesnt work for me either and AJAX is enabled for me

installed and works fine sofar (even though i'm just testing it with admins at the moment)

... just played around with the parameters a bit.

Unfortunately the AJAX-Refresh isn't really usable on hightraffic forums. I have about 200 users currently online and a 20 second ajax refresh more then doubled my server load.

@uae: do you see any chance to make the ajax-refresh part (the queries behind) a bit more performant than it is now?
would be a pity to have it deactivated completely on big forums.

I'm going to test this and see if it causes too much load.. if it doesn't, I may give it a whirl :D

Installed the hack, but users are unable to view or read messages. Again it shows in the navbar but if you open it up it displays " No Pager Messages to Display!"
