still an issue on any fresh installs, old installs are still working fine, any fix for this ?

I don't get it, how do you create categories and a bunch of stuff like that? I don't see it anywhere under admincp > settings. I only see default media settings , nothing related to categories or whatever.

Where to do that kind of stuff??

@Bouncer222: you can do that in the Frontend > Media > Administrate.

another question: are there any known problems with megavideo?
When I enter a megavideo-video, I get an error message with internet explorer (unknown stream..) but it works in FF. And there are no thumbnails..

wow you can barely notice the options under the navbar....very bad positioning in my opinion, should be in admincp.

also why does it appear that all my links are broken within any settings of the media page?

yes the admin folder doesnt exist within media , therefore its a broken link.
