Odd error for me.. probably something I did. I installed the mod and it looks fine. So I type "test" into the box and it loads fine. I then go to archives and delete the "test" shout.
But now when I go back the chatbox just says loading in the shout area and if I type anything into the shout box and hit enter it gives me this error

I'm running 3.7.2 so I did not think I needed to add the security token code?

Are you using the last chatbox version (0.4.0) ?

Yes 0.4.0

Just as a thought I disabled the CMPS Module mod for this that I added. It works again so I'm guessing the CMPS mod is somehow at fault.

ok thanks ...its working now..............

another problem... for testing, one of my admins banned me and now he doesnt know how to unban....even i dont know too..... please help

Tell him to type the /ban show command and then he should be able to unban you with a push on a button.

thanx for the new release, is it still required to do a full uninstall and re install new version?

I did and seems a uninstall is required :-( great product but to much hassle will stick with v4 for now.

also bbcode email doesnt work. and the email icon isnt showing

doesnt show who is online on the shoutbox

"Show a small prompt message in the chatbox"

this feature still doesnt work :(
