replace the files (functions_grps.php, viewthread.php, newreply.php and newthread.php) and reupload the .xml file as i've changed the viewthread template.

This happens everytime I upgrade this.. Now that I upgraded my avatars are not showing up and when I look at where its pointing to its going

I also noticed that the post icons are not showing either. All this was working prior to the upgrade. I have also noticed that as an administrator I can no longer reply to a thread, tells me I dont have permissions when I do??? Help Please

everytime you upgrade? does that mean you get it working in between upgrades? when was the last time it was working and what was edited to get it working?

Yes I get it working between upgrades, Not sure what was changes to get the icons path working you actually helped me on that one. But for the permissions which are broke now this has never happened until this last upgrade...

Sorry baba_bing, i'm not ignoring you, it's just time and access has been limited. I hoped that someone else would confirm your posting problem.

Basically what you're saying in regards to your avatar problem is that it was all working in a modified version and you overwrote the modified files and can't get the stock version to replicate the custom fixes?

If the above be the case, would you happen to have any of the custom modifications logged at all?

Im not sure what you mean by custom modification? The avatar is suppose to show up and its not, its pointing to the wrong area. It was working before the upgrade. You can see the attachments a couple post up showing my issue. I also have permission issues also please read ALL my replies. I am asking for your help please or I am forced to remove this hack from my community as upgrades are always a challange with this hack.
