ok i am so lost. Really sorry but would love some help with this.

So far i've followed steps 1 through 7.
I've installed the mod fine and everything seems to be in place. Im stuck on configuration.

In the mean time i've set up a new forum for reviews and only applied this mod to that single forum. I created a test thread but there is currently no change to the standard forum layout/input im assuming that this is all done in configuration.

I've read through the steps but dont understand a lot of it. If someone is willing to help me and walk me through it, it would be greatly appreciated!
thanks x

Where do i find the thread forum id?

probably a silly question

The forum ID is listed next to the name in your Forum Manager or can be seen in the URL as f=xxx when opening a forum up.

As noted you will only need this if you're using the option "Create Thread On Review."

Did you enable the feature in that forum?

If no, do it.

If/ when yes, did you add any products to the forum?

If no, add one through the ACP.

If/ when, do they show up in the forum (as a thread but with a detail box at the top)?

If not, what do you see?

If so, can you write a review (new button on the thread page)?

If not, did you set usergroup rights to add reviews?

This...

to merge with this ...

Its currently at the bottom of the reply box and gets ignored, overlooked and unnoticed

You'd have to place around with the source code to move it. Shouldn't be hard if there's a hook location up there.

DreadsUK 04-10-2014 06:21 PM

How do i work out what to put into these two bits
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2014/04/34.png

DreadsUK 04-10-2014 06:21 PM
