One thing it's missing is to delete individual shouts. I needed this today. If a person makes a bad remark, yes I can ban him from using it again but to remove his shout now, I have to prune all shouts.... Is there any chance this addition can be made?

help, it doesn't auto refresh. The 'loading..." bar is the only thing their, it never loads or refreshes.

As a test i banned myself - it worked, and now i cant unban.

Installation instructions are included in the zip file. Read them carefully.
Personally, I'd advise against installing a shoutbox or chatroom until you become more familiar with vbulletin, as these items can seriously affect your site's performance.

Is there anyway to get shoutbox stats so that users can see who has the most shouts?

It would have been ok if I were able to prevent certain usergroups from using it but all I can do is ban a user after he joined which isn't enough. I am getting a lot of hate posts in the box and I can do nothing about it!

and in the plugin manager there is a check in active but there are lines through all the application. nothing on the forums home page. site is fine.
i should add that i have vb shout 2.0 installed and works fine. i turned it off befor i did the install of this inferno 1.1 lite

I just said it works on one of my sites on the same SERVER we r renting. so its not our server. It's working perfectly fine on one of our sites.

All the red links in that screen are usually grey, it's really weird...and the background is usually a gradient but it turns it blue/white. I've tried re installing a few times, it's odd.

I'd make sure that under the vboptions for the shoutbox u have it set so that ur usergroup has permission to prune it.

already done mate also i have already checked every setting in the inferno options this is why im sat here clueless as to what to do now

I got a question... How are you soposed to edit users shouts, or are you soposed just prune the entire shoutbox. If thats the case then the lite is complete bull.....

I disabled the "show reply information" through the chat box. As the chatbox displayed private/non-public thread names. Other people just saw it.

So far my users love this, however, they were a little bummed to know that they are unable to view a 'chat history' where they can view previous shouts. An ability to Edit/Delete user shouts would be nice and the ability to prune individual messages and messages for a specific time period. If these items were added that would be great.

how do I get the shoutbox to show on all forum pages instead of just the index? I also just paid for the PRO version but haven't installed it yet, just running the LITE.
