Search for "timeslip" and then edit and save each timeslip phrase (I may have had to only edit and save just one, I dont remember) |

I am having an issue where if a user submits a timeslip below the number I set in the back end to require the upload of a timeslip it still allows the submition of information WITHOUT the timeslip. Where should I be looking and make sure something didnt mess up?

Is ther a way to make the time slip page sort by: default to HP instead of blank?
|
OK, I managed to get this installed on 3.6.8, however I'm getting the error...
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /member.php on line 591 ...when viewing user profiles now. I tried both the author's version and 0ptima's 3.6.8 instructions. Does anyone have any suggestions? |
im using 3.6.8 works great just trying find out if when i go to the timeslip page is there a way to make the page default to HP? I dont want to have to have my members see a blank page and then choose a sort by option see something.
I want them to see HP and then if they want to choose a sort option they can. |
Having some issues here with this hack. Ive gone through and used Optimas instructions, tried editing and saving phrases like mentioned and yet I still get this error.
Code:

Looks like you have found where my problem lies. I dont have any of those!!! Screenshot attached.
EDIT...for shits and giggles I tried to add a few of the fields but it seems as if they are already in there because Im starting off at (id 66) when I input myself. Any ideas on how to get em to show up? |

This would be greatly appreciated! :D |
also, can users enter more then one vehicle to display in the timeslips section? this would be a great additional feature!

Is there a way to make all users that input information show up by default instead of only the ones that entered 1/4 mile times????
|
I installed this mod on 3.6.8 and I don't have any errors however, its not showing up in my navbar..
The template im using the navbar is in the header instead of navbar but it isn't showing even though i added.. now you can goto forum/timeslips.php manually but it still doesn't look right http://www.cartoyztxk.com/forum/ |

I uploaded this program into my board and nothing happened. I am already running the vbgarage hack. Followed the instructions to the letter and no errors but nothing happened
|
I am also using vb 3.6.x

Installed! Works great for 3.6.8 here. Installation was a little tricky with several "duplicate field" errors but I was able to work through it by installing the xml, going to ACP and deleting all of the new user profile fields created by the timeslip mod installation. Then I would go back and install the xml again. Each time I was able to get a little further and eventually it ran all the way through without errors.
Is there anyway to fix the following: members posting single digit 1/4mi times are sorted to the bottom of the list. A user with a 10.0 would be listed at the top but anyone 9.99 and lower would be at the bottom. Extra brackets [like these] around the 1/4mi column header. I have alot of members who only run the 1/8th mile. I have noticed that if they do not enter a time in the 1/4mi field then they do not show up on the timeslip page. page can be seen at http://www.mafia-motorsports.com/forums/timeslips.php |
i just installed the on 3.6.4, i have install everything to the t. I am not getting any errors and i can open timeslips.php just fine. but the link in the header is not showing and neither is the link in the user cp panel
my site is http://www.nemotorsport.com/boards/index.php please help i really want to use this mod *edit* got it working thanks |
Looks like this is working on 3.6.8... I will try and install this weekend. Have seen this on other sites and works great.

In the mean time, I'm having all sub 10.000 E/T times enter a leading ZERO (09.911x etc..) so that they sort correctly. John |
I can now see what's going on with my 1/8mi guys. The conditional check in timeslips.php is only looking for values greater than 0 to produce the list....and the list currently sorts by 1/4mi ET by default.
else if ($_REQUEST['do'] == 'quarter') { $cond.=" WHERE userfield.field55>0"; $condition.=" AND userfield.field55>0"; $orderby="userfield.field55"; $direction=ASC; $bracket3="<b>[</b>"; $bracket4="<b>]</b>"; I could change the list to default the sort by 1/8mi but I would rather default to 'username'. Unfortunately the 'username' sort also requires field55 to be greater than 0. Field55 is 1/4mi ET. else if ($_REQUEST['do'] == 'username') { $cond.=" WHERE userfield.field55>0"; $condition.=" AND userfield.field55>0"; $orderby="user.username"; $direction=ASC; $bracket11="<b>[</b>"; $bracket12="<b>]</b>"; |

10-4 on the brackets, thanks
I started reading back at page 1 and found a reference to a decimal value change on page2 but I can't determine if that is for this particular issue. Also, can't determine where exactly to change the values or I would give it a shot. Look back at post #s 26, 29, (post #31 bug#5). Is this what we're dealing with? Thanks Tru2Chevy!! |
Yes, it would be nice to figure how to fix the 9 second problem. The quickest cars are dead last on the list. This needs to be fixed.
|
Back in March of '06 I got a version of this with bug fixes from Sidewindr. That is prolly where the fixes I have came from.
