Are you using vBSEO or DBSEO? That error message doesn't seem like it originates from this mod.

I followed the directions here. I just want a weekly post of the week nomination thread. No thread, avatar, etc. nom just Post nomination.

Could you please double-check all the files have been uploaded correctly? You should drag and drop the contents of the "upload" folder to your forum's folder in your FTP client.

100% certain I installed it the way the instructions said.

I've got other apps from DB on there including Thanks, and User Tagging and those work fine. I was going to install a shoutbox but I wanted to get the nomination in first.

Again if you want me to give you access to a spare admin account I can.

I would need an FTP account as well in order to investigate this properly :)

Ok. How about this, investigate just from the admin account I'll PM you, make sure my app settings are correct in admin panel and do a test run yourself to double check that I'm not losing my mind!

And if it still doesn't work out or you see what you want, I'll get you the FTP account afterwards?

Installed and now testing before going live. 4.2.3 C1.

Just set up for testing by staff - but the Forumhome shows the block to non-staff :D . Not to worry, have switched that off ....

Am I correct? OPtions Daily/Weekly/Monthly - no Once ?

Test ended without creating any thread notifying that a poll had been generated.

That would appear to be the case, from looking at the code.
