i downloaded black and still says 4.0.0

They aren't the theme author, just a designer updating the themes to work with current versions, and I thankyou for that :) Lovely designs, someone needs to support/update them!

Couldn't get the blue working on 4.0.6, are the "updated" Blue and Black versions the attachments from the original author in the original posting?
