Hey Maria,

I will be interested in getting the pro version. Will that be able to be used without copyright in helpdesk? I have new problem mentioned in another thread. No ticket information shows. Ady advice.

at first: Thank you for another great AddOn !
Is ist possible to hide the popup-menu "Technician" for Users who have no permissions? It seems to me that this link is only usable for my team, isn´t it ?

That's why in my old mods I was using 3nd party editor:( Sorry but seems that something was going wrong with the editor, if it works in a non forum mod. eg Bullet lists, images and links.
