Installed on 4.1.0 PL2 and it works perfectly.
I asked for something like this some time ago.

Installed on 4.1.0 PL2 and it seems that for every actual new user thread made, another is made welcoming "unregistered".

Seems as though its not 100% compatible with anyone who registers and picks a non-English language as their default language.

Or at least it could be a conflict with vB Enterprise Translator
