Can you include dropdown support? Hover over a tab to be able to have multiple links below? I'm not sure why separate threads and stickies is above you for hack of the month, but this feature would make you win. :P

Talking about a brower tab or a vBulletin navigation tab?

For browser tab, the "self" or "blank" setting as documents is what targets what window or browser tab will be used. put blank for it to spawn a new window or tab (it uses the syntax as used in the target field for a A HREF.

For a vBulletin navigation tab, you just use that URL.
