Actually, I think I made a mistake. ;) Yellowpeter said "or we..." so maybe they had some input on the release region as well. I just assumed something like that would be up to Apple's sole discretion. Maybe the app authors also have some say. Yellowpeter?

Well yes we get control of where it is released. Just that we feel it is not ready for non-U.S. region for this version that's why we postponed it. We promise the new version pending on apple approval is a much better version performance and stability wise.

Having that said it shouldn't stop you to download the current version as upgrade is free and done automatically by iPhone. :)

I'm canadian and been testing tapatalk with our sites and projects for little over a month. Now tapatalk has come a long way, we're definatly not left out even if only aproved for US to start.
