No No ... my purpose of that note, it's enabled of smiles on another settings, such as Allow Smilies in Non Forum Specific Areas under BB Code Settings

ooh okay - would you be able to make that a feature? that'd be great :) (having a smiley drop down box in quick reply) I know there's already mods out there for that but it would make this mod ten times better!

Question how do you change the default file sizes of the attachments, I want to make it bigger

Example I want to change the below size for users to upload larger files.
