Well you've ENABLED the "thank you" option, that's why the hacks asks for a non existing table in the database.
(you're db error should ask for post_thanks table)
disable this option in ACP to get rid of this error.

Or even better: install the post_thanks hack (announced in first post, you should have read) that way you will also find the thank-you-button you've asked for ;)

2. Can you make one for 3.5.x? (able with the thank you hack from 3.5.x)
You coul also say: update then yeah but my forum has many mods that are customized by people it would take weeks to recover al that and i have to warn all those people again.

Is it possible to make the text say ( You must post a reply in order to view hidden content)? I think my users get confused with the original text.

But I'm confused. My images aren't showing up..I uploaded them in /images directory. They're not showing up..

Also, what do I use to hide stuff. ...[hide] or is there something like [hide-reply] or [hide-thankyou] as well?

of course it is possible to upgrade existing language in 3.6.4 (just choose english from the dropdown) that's all (as shown on the pic-install-image)
And yes im sure i've got 3.6.4 myself ;)

make sure you have uploaded the pictures to yourvbulletinforum.com/images/
and not in any subfolder well at least if your not having yoursite.com/yourforum/ then it sure has to be in yousite.com/yourforum/images ;)

1.use the language xml in post #159 to change phrases from Text to imagetag
(I'll update the main xml sometime containing images or phrases choosable from acp to avoid this issues ;) )

2.Sorry I don't think so, I don't have any 3.5.x vBulletin and I don't have no clue what's been changed ..
Maybe I'll find som hints in the forums, and if it's obvious enough I'll try, but really: without any testforum I don't think it'll be what it should :D
