Version 1.4.0 has been removed which brings a few recent changes:

- Removes the association with giftery.me as it's been discontinued
- Removes stat reporting for helpful answers voting
- Several bug fixes with image uploading
- Other bug fixes throughout templates

yea so like, if i set a tab in the main navigation to list people who offer services and for the users to review those services but wont effect the rest of the forum

Not out of the box but a mod is about what you make of it.
