On April 4th, I put this up, and it works fine if you right-click save as:

On that same day I put this up, and it doesn't work right if you right-click save as:

OK, I see. I'll need to think about this.

There are two types of limit for uploads:

a) Some come from VB, from the attachments table, per filetype
b) Some come from PHP

I can adjust LDM so that admins can override the VB settings but not the php settings.

Let me know if this is what you mean.

I sent you a PM about this...but it seems now that the avatar issue only works for custom avatars, but if someone has a "standard" one its still broken. :/ dunno if that's just me.

now the downloaders are telling me they download without a problem....which is what i don't understand. can you possibly shed some light on it?

from what I see, nothing is wrong with the query. The message you see is probably because your mysql server was down at the time you sent the request.

is there anyway to integrate this gif when uploading or downloading instead of just seeing the page?

Having a progress bar with uploads is a real pain to get to work correctly.

With downloads, there are also some funny tricks that one has to watch out for, so if it's ok, I'll simply put this on the list...

yep np i was just curious....i hate looking at the page and wondering.....my ie progress bar only moves so far b4 it stops and i start crossing my fingers....
