So doing a search on this thread seems that many people are having this problem of guests getting stuck in the chatbox I currently have been seeing numbers of around 2000 guests online at a time, and all were reading the chatbox or the chatbox archive.

Any way to fix this bug, it's clearly a problem for those of us who allow guests to read the chatbox. I could disable it but I find it helps people want to join if they can read the conversation and not take part in it.

Also it always says "and 1 guests" in the online section. Is this a bug, as it never says anything more than 1 and clearly I got like 2000 guests stuck in here at the moment.

Any updates on this or other people seeing this? Today we got 4000 users stuck in the chatbox. Guests can't chat but still get stuck as being shown online in the chat room for hours.

We don't have the chat showing on any page but it's own tab.

Is anyone succesfully using this with 4.1.2? When I install this mod, or MGC, I get fetch_template errors. I believe the Mod doesn't support 4.1.2. Anyone?

I upgraded to 4.1.2 last Saturday and it was working fine before and since.

Some hits on "fetch_template" at vbcom, e.g. http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...fetch_template

I run 4.1.2 and it works fine for me as well...

That is exactly the same error message I am getting. The guy says he fixed it by disabling a mod, which is unfortunately the only thing I can do when I install these mods.

I'm disappointed that it seems to be working fine for others running 4.1.2, that means it's something wrong with my forum I guess :(

No, this one doesn't have any separate chat boxes - no private chats, no custom rooms.
