is it a standalone or must we have vbseo? can we work with nuseo installed?
standalone...
i don't know about nuseo? |
Ok, it says that you have to submit the yahoo sitemap manually... what is the name of the yahoo sitemap, is it the same as the google sitemap?
From the moment i installed the hack in question, which is about a year now, Yahoo! Ping remains disabled whenever the sitemap is refreshed. Which setting could be wrong!
I installed this mod and all is working well. However, I don't think it is generating the txt sitemap that i have to manually submit to yahoo. How do I find that text file and what will be the name...not sure if it even gernated it
Yahoo supports xml sitemap now.
how do i submit is? what would be the proper link? or is it automatic now?
Well,
Could anyone please tellme .... I can't generate the sitemap i mean, it is not being created in the specified directory and Google is displaying error: 404 Not Found. However, vbSEO sitemap generator is generating sitemaps easily, but the sitemaps are stored in: vbseo_sitemap/data directory, I want it to be stored in the public_html directory and i've changed the location also via VBSEO Sitemap Generator options but still i'm getting 404 not found error. |
How is it possible that the file sitemap_index.xml.gz is in root whereas all the others ( sitemap_x.xml.gz) are elsewere? Google demands the index to be in the root, but its impractical to have 30-40 files in the root. :)
