I don't think this is related to the mod at all. Looks like you have another modification called "gameroom" that's causing it.

doesn't work for me,i uploaded the folder "upload" , instal xml.
the option: "Turn the Arcade ON or OFF" on , and i see no tag on my navbar.

How do I add games from ibProarcade's website?

I'm going to upgrade my forum from vB 3.8 to vB 4.1 and I'm unsure which upgrade should come first. Should I upgrade my ibProArcade first and then my forum, or should I upgrade my forum and then my ibProArcade?

Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks. :)

disable all hooks before updating the board first then do the plugins..
don't un-install them just updated by over writing the files and xml import..
