It is hard-coded into the template. Look for template "xperience_shop" and make the changes here.
Should be fixed in next version according to Phalynx.

You should have. Please check if all files from the upload folder are on your server.

I doubt it comes from vBExperience. It does not change usergroup permissions on uninstall.

That is predefined via css. The tag is fieldset, you can change it with f.e. this:
fieldset {
border:2px solid black;
}

Phalynx, I uploaded all the files again just to be sure. I am using 3.7.2, and am uploading the files with SmartFTP. The only files that were not uploaded were in the languages and extras folder. Everything else is in the correct location and I still do not have the vbexperience in my admincp. Thanks for your help!
