image uploader not working, uploads then I do not see any of my images on my auctions. Anyone have a clue?

Make sure all of your templates under the vbay category are white not red, if any are red revert them. that would be the most likely cause.

Hi Blaine other thing you might want to give a look is that when someone bids for the first time he needs to insert is contact information (Address) but if the same user bids again the system ask him again for the same contact as he previous had filled,don´t think necessary for a user to insert is contact information everytime he bids on a item from same seller,regards.

Thanks Blaine. I reverted my main and new auction templates, and the uploader shows now. Then I readded the edits I had made after....works great!

Only thing I cant find now is the option to change the amount of allowed uploads? I checked vBulletin options and a vBay options, it is not coming up for some reason. I uploaded the new files too.

Same glitch as SLP LS1 post #616 - Images don't show up in the item auction window.
Store attachments on the filesystem, not in the database. Could this be the problem?
When deleting an auction thru vBay ACP, item is deleted but get temp displayed message "Could not find phrase 'vb_auction_deleted'" during the process.
Totally pretentious vBay Settings placed above vBulletin Options in the ACP. Poor approach.
Running vB368, upgraded from vBay V1.1.0, DID revert to the new vBay templates.

Images in the file system is waaaaay to complicated for me as i have no clue how, and storing them as actual files would not work because you need to deal with filenames and chmodding and all that good stuff.. and yeah i forgot that phrase lol.. sorry..

Hmm, if you can do something for me, check your vbay_images table, and see if all fields are filled out (data, auctionid, id, ect)

That would be helpful because then I could see if the images arent being displayed or if they arent being uploaded.

When you get this working with paypal etc let me know I will be more than happy to donate to your hard work on this. Could we get a feature for an insertion fee?

First of all, thanks for the simple yet effective module... I like it Mucho much :)
Translated all the templates to Dutch, and took out some options I dont use.

Can I request some changes I hope to see in next version?

- In the admin settings a way to order the Category's
- Option to make sub-category's
- A option in MY VBAY to let a member change theyre own Selling items. (images & description)
- VBay send a mail or PM on a bid (this works already, shame on me hehehe...)
- A better way to resize the images / thumbnail (like http://vikjavev.no/highslide )

But love it so far.. am making some modifications on my site, and hope to get the highslide working....

Searched my as* off, but cant find it in phrases and templates and PHP files.
Its a big mistery :D

Looks great so far. My only problem is I use an XFLOAT BBCODE to wrap text around my images and it looks like it got broken some how.

and I can't edit the auction so I want to make sure its something I can fix before I let other folks throw stuff out there.

I dont see why you would need to include your own images as there is a built in image uploader

and editing isnt implemented yet :(

I was just using a URL but I can try to use the image uploader.

We have photopost on the site so I already encourage them to upload to the gallery.

However, it doesn't have to be that way.
