would you be able to point me in the right direction as to why these settings wont take for admins? i set all the permissions in admin group...but they dont work. they seem to work for all the other groups though.

Hmm. Are yyoure Admins members of the Administrator Usergroup only?
If not, what are the settings for the other Usergroups?

i only have 2 admins. myself and another. neither of us have additional usergroups. we are both super admins and undeleteable (as per the config file).

Then I got no idea why it does not work.
According to your screenshot it does display the restrictions correctly?

yes...but that was from the super moderator group. the admin group does not show that. only the right side does it show (minus all instances of the rules as a result of this exxtension.

the settings in the admin group stick when saved in the usergroup permissions page...but its like they dont apply to the group. all other usergroups function just fine.

I think you should also add a number of pictures in sig limit.
