I have a card system on my forum, if a user start to diss or hate or anything else thats not tolerated then he first receive a yellow card. If the user do it again then he receive a red card and after the red card the banning feature will be enabled. With above action the user can scrap his yellow card or if he has a red card then he can reduce it to the yellow card.

Every action can be turned off in the admin. If you dont need the action "scrap a card" then you can turn it easily off in the admin.
