Profile system is still not properly linked to stylevars. I dont know if it will. I saw these patches and SQL queries for profile patch. For now i cant work too much on default look of profile as it inherits.

Just a thought. You may want to include in your statusicon folder, the post_new.gif and post_old.gif as these are used in the Top Stats add-on.

Looks like the border sticking out.. try setting forumbits_border to "0px" or change the forumhead_border to "1px" hope that helps.
