If anybody else is getting that error. This is what you do.
You do not have to edit any templates. Unless you don't like the positioning of where the button is placed.
Example of where to put it, if you're planning on changing the position.

Next, download the file that I uploaded & copy that into your ftp here: /images/buttons
Add that attached file inside the folder 'buttons'.

Upgraded to 4.2.3 and qutes are gone it shows me bbcode source "

did anyone try this mod on vbulletin 4.2.3!!! it doesn't show anything.... no error as well!! any idea??

The setting URL Forum is correct, in vBulletin Options

if I turn off the mod, no error is present
