Submit New Ticket custom fields can be added to the section?

I have installed this back on to test, and I am still getting an internal server error, its on when the user who submits the ticket replies, there is no attachment in the reply, and I have cmod the attachment file to 777, another thing is, I have renamed the HelpDesk to Forum Help, and it hasn't changed the name in the navbar, also the Technician link is showing for users despite 'Is Technician Team?' is set to no.
Sorry maria if its a lot, but I can only give the feedback that I am having at the moment, I like the way you have changed things around though, thanks for sharing :) |
