If you downloaded the 1.1 version, then no.

The page title has nothing to do with the new tab, if you have a custom page then you should add your page title into your custom template or page. This addon doesn't support tab highlighting at this moment, but I'm trying to implement it, however I can't tell when will be done.

Nice mod, but found one problem when i tested on my test site ...

i put link to arcade and that should open in same window - works fine
but ...
when user is logged on board and use link to go to arcade and arcade open in same window - in that moment you lose info in navbar template - looks like is guest on arcade ..but in next step when you click on some game ..you can play ...like reg. user
