1- I will looking at the PM's hooks locations.
2- Sorry, I'm can't completely understand your problem, Can you explain more ?

Does this plugin also hide the "[code]" because When I enable everything ON (guest and members) it still shows the "[code]" links

When you uninstall your mod it does not completely remove itself. The mod menu still shows in the admincp.
