I want ti install this on vB 3.8.1

Question I have is when vB 3.8.2 comes out, will I have to re-install it, or will it be already there working? (I dont want to have to re-install every month when the latest vB comes out.

You shouldnt need to re-install stuff, you may need to re-update as the modification improves or gets new features

Ok I am still at a loss as to why, this event tool, cannot write the url of the event to a thread within a designated forum.

Parseing the title into threadtitle, and within its content have link back to the event calendar item.

Surely this would be easy enough to do, and could solve this bridge issue.

I have no interest in the thread being open or closed, just viewable by forum members.

Also, can we have it so that it displays on forum home, as do our normal calendar events ? and perhaps listed in CYB's stats mod, this is just such a superb mod ( Farcasters events ) that I dont want to disable, it for fear of no one ever finding it.

As it is most of our users dont even look at the calendars

Even something simple, like auto sig add for events users have created.

for some reason when a member of ours posts an event, the RSVP doesnt show, it states RSVP is closed for this event.

Any idea why please

I've just had the same fault reported to me by my members. Checking it out for myself I have verified the message and it appears that Leo Brasil has a point. What should we do? Should we re-install the product?


Edit: I re-installed the product (allowed overwrite) and no different. Tried editing an existing event to RSVP to and adding a new event to do the same. Nada.

May be Farcaster is reading our posts here and come up with some suggestions.

I was wondering if it was possible to show a user's additional usergroup next to their name on the signup page.... can you tell me how to do this if it is indeed possible?

Do either of you have the ability to show me the debug information on the page when this is happening or give me steps to reproduce the problem? Does it only happen for certain users? Does it happen for single day, ranged, recurring or all events?
