Yeah, again the problem lies in one setting but I think it's the most important thing : usergroup permission.

This is no language, it's an option. You just have to change it in your admincp.

Yeah VBDev :D the language problem has been solved. Just need to re-import the xml file in LANG folder.

Also the options for display and position language in my attachment is solved.

But I'm also wondering, because in the attachment, the french language was only for those option, for the rest is written in english.

I installed this, we decided it wasn't right for our forum, and uninstalled it. however, at the bottom of all usergroups it's left the options there (in the admin panel > Usergroups when you edit them) so i can't edit any usergroups now as it says

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'mgc_cb_evo_permissions' in 'field list'

How can i remove these?

Are you sure you uninstalled the plugin then removed the files too? Might need to rebuild the bitfields.

I have a question though.. is there a way to change the direction of the way the chat flows.. right now all new entries get added from the top.. is there a way to have them added from the bottom so conversation entries flow up?
