Tigga, I need your help bad. I recently upgraded my forums to 2.3.0 and upgraded myvbindex to 3.2.2 and I got sooooo many bugs with all the old hacks i used to have. Basically I will list the problems which most are happening with myvbindex. As you know I have that include file we made a while back. Well as you can see by going to www.ar-racing.com
my polls doesnt work. (It supposed to take a random poll from the poll forum) Also I am having way way too many queries on myvbindex and forums now. My online buddies thing doesnt work. Basically if you have no buddies it works fine but if you have a buddy that is online it doenst show anytihng. Also for some reason my phpadsnew header is not working but my footer is on my forums at www.ar-racing.com/forums
I tried making new invocation code but still nothing. I have no clue why.

Oh back to myvbindex, the new index file right now only require's global. When I try to make it require include and of course the include file requires the global. Then when i try to bring up the page nothing happens. Totally white blank page.

Q. I just upgraded to a new version of vBulletin and now my index page is blank or templates are missing!
A. Upgrading to a new version of vBulletin will remove any templates that were created for mYvBindex with the exception of any that you have customized. To re-install the templates, upload the myvb_install.php file to your forums/admin folder and go to it in your browser. Then select the option to install just the templates.

arracing - Run this query through phpMyAdmin first:

DELETE FROM template WHERE title='index_welcometext' OR title='index_buddy_none' OR title='index_polldiscuss' OR title='index_polledit' OR title='index_polloptions' OR title='index_threadbit' OR title='index_welcometext' AND templatesetid='-1';

Then chose the option in the install file to install only the templates and it should fix the problem.

ok cool, I think I can figure out the rest from here. But I still dont understand why I am getting the high query count? Is this normal, 26 for myvbindex and 23 for my forums? With my old setup I know I was somewhere near 10 I thought.

Also tigga, Im not sure what you do for a living, but if I paid you to design websites for me and admin them. Would you do that, and how much is that worth to ya? My business is just starting to take off and by 2005 Iwill need a dedicated web guy who I am looking to hire. I have an entertainment company and we will be getting into many different markets in the future. Right now we are concentrating on the tuner scene.
