I have never installed vBindex before this is a brand new board. I keep getting this error.

Fatal error: Failed opening required './admincp/functions_vbiupgrade.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/httpd/vhosts/mysite.net/httpdocs/14words/admincp/vbiupgrade.php on line 57

Is there an initial install I have to do? This is an upgrade but I havent had the pre - grade yet. Please help

Well I have a noob question I'm sure. What does the CR mean in the version number? I'm running vB 3.0.1 and would like to make sure this will work on my board before installing it. From what I've seen, it looks great!

if you are refering to 'RC'

That stands for Release Candidate

and yes it will work with the version of vBulletin you have installed.

If i recall it should work with vBulletin v3.0.0 RC4 and Above.

You need to add the forumid that you wish to pull the news from in the options. See the admin help by clicking the (?) icon next to that option.

Make sure you upload all the files to the correct place as detailed by the readme file.

At the next Final Release there will be a complete "new" German Translation for all german Users.

It will be in the next Final *.zip too !

ok, stupid question, but how do i get my browser to point to vbindex.php as my index page for the site?

NTLDR 05-13-2004 09:40 PM

Rename it index.php.
