you have two youtube definitions installed. list your definitions and you should find 2 instances of the youtube ame definitionx

flickr isn't working right for me... I had to disable all flckr definitions... links to flickr images were being show as if they were videos which then didn't work.

I think it may be that they have changed their embed script as I see a few differences when comparing the embed script in the AME definition with the script from their site:
