That's just someone that knows how to make it though the "barrier" on level 10. ;)

Removed.. It only submits scores on the first level.. I'll repost it later if I can get it to work right.

There's actually a little cheat in Tetris that one of my admins pointed out to me and could be why some people have ridiculously high scores. He says that if you pause the game as soon as a piece drops, it'll give you another piece, so you can kind of just choose what pieces you want and can plan out your whole game. Someone might want to look into that. I would, but...I don't know how. :)

because im like.. lettin it load.. hit the bat.. --> forwarding score... and all i want to do is hit the bat.. miss.. try againa dn have the option of submittin my score..

i'm getting cable internet tomorrow (hopefully nothing goes wrong) and then i'll be at work trying to convert games. I'll try and find some sports games too.

here's Quick Shot Basketball. It only has 3 rounds but I think you can add more in the .fla, at least that's what the creator said. Anyways, it's nearly half a meg so it's a big game and the first round is really easy, lol. Hopefully someone can make it, peace.

edit: woops, the fla is 700kb and the swf is 109 so it's much better, lol. Anywayz, if no one else does this I'll try later.

Yeah, I noticed that and removed the game from my original post shortly after I posted it. I'll try to fix it later. :)

I've added a "submit score" button to Funky-Pong in order to keep it from auto-submitting. This makes the game much more fun, so if you've already added it you might wanna switch to this version instead.

I also updated the zip in the original post, so if you download it from there make sure to clear your browser cache.

i've added a Submit Score button for Jewels. I haven't tested this, since my board is being reinstalled.

It ends the game but doesn't take you to the comment screen. Your score isn't recorded.

This 'submit score' thing is great though. It reduces the amount of pathetic scores that're recorded and saves space (as well as making the games better to play).

Regarding the problem with thumbnails not working properly, I'm going through the same issue.. I also can't upload thumbnails properly from the admin cp.. I *dont* have plesk OR safe mode on, and I have thie problem only with this script. Uploading attachments and avatars are perfectly fine... The initial bunch of games worked without a problem.

When I run those full query versions, it works great!

Any thoughts? I can try to install it all from scratch, but I know I did it slowely and perfectly the first time. However it never hurts to try.

All games work flawlessly except thumbnails. I even tried to insert them manually via phpadmin editing the proper row and that won't work. The thumbnails show a broken image.

...Just a followup.. I undid all queries, and redid all 13 queries again...

Then I tried to install new games (asteroids, xmas boarding as examples) and when I install them everything works EXCEPT the thumbnail uploads.. I set the path in the little box (via browse) to the filename, then hit submit. Everything submits properly EXCEPT the thumbnails. I haven't yet tried with the crown pics uploads as I wasn't as interested in that but I may try that too.

Now, if I go into the database and manually set the filename inside the correct database row it shows perfectly inside proarcade.php as well as perfectly inside the CP!

Any pointers with this fairly minor issue? :D

alright I just passed 100 queries on the arcade main page... My forums are running on my dedicated server. What are the risks involved in continuing to let the queries pile up?

Yeah, I get the same problem with the crown pics as well. Neither will upload properly or display properly on the pages. I have to add them directly into the database, and many times that won't even work either.. Anyone have any clue what could be causing this?

That's crazy. The risk is that your server load will go so high that the rest of the site will be slowed to a crawl, and if it gets too high it will cause your server to reboot, causing downtime.

I'd like to see more casino games like poker, blackjack & slots.. I found and modified a very cheezy slots game but its not really what I'm looking for.
