Sorry you can't. As for removing it from the navbar_menu, you need to edit the template:
microclassifieds_usercp_links and remove the line:

Could you please try there? If it works there, then you haven't upload all the files, or you need to clear your browser's cache. Of course there is a chance to not have understand (me), what's the real issue.

Hi Chris, thanks for that. It's certainly solved the problem of the sale going ahead when accepting. However, the link that it provides in the PM to accept or reject the sale is still mangled.

It adds the bit in Red above which has to be manually removed before you can reach the page in which you can accept or reject the sale.

The only that I found there missing is that if the Ad type = 2 (Wanted), then really is not activating again (Fixed in 5.1.2). But for sales and auction at least the code seems ok.

Try with this file Dave. Not sure if it will works or will have a missing /, but I removed the domain URL. Seems that vB adds bbcode to [URL=....], that's why appears double the http.

i cleared cache and tried it again and still get the http:\\ at the beginning with link error

in the items table there is a field called standyby (not hidden) that set to 1 when someone clicks on the buy button. if the seller rejects the offer that field doesnt reset to 0.
with that field at 1 the item still shows up normally but when someone tries to click the buy button they get a message saying that someone else already clicked the buy button before them.

i hope i explained that correctly

it looks like you had " in the link which it didnt need so VB thought it wasnt a properly formatted link so it added the http:// and because the " was there it added a / before the "

also in the product-microclassified.xml file you are using ' for words like don`t
in the phrase definitions. you need to change ' to ` for it to correctly format otherwise it will display /' (ie don/'t)
' is a single quote
` is an apostrophe

Achhh my dear Brian, you wasted your time without any special reason. The pages that you're showing me are not SEARCH pages but normal listings. I found this bug and I've fixed it. I even replied to your post too, along with Mike's post. The fix is on ver.5.1.2 which I'll release in a while among with some other fixes.

Thanks Chris, I've given it a go but it just removes the URL. I'm having a play about with hardcoding the url into the classifieds.php as a temporary fix but that's causing different problems :) I'm sure we'll get there eventually :D

This version fixes all post bugs after the release of 5.1.1 and also shows the searchable fields in the Ad's page. Finally the extra fields moved from the Seller's block to the Ad's block.

Please upload all files and import product-microclassifieds.xml

Can someone explain how to remove the "Classifieds" Tab from the menutab?

I was given suggestions on two different ways on how to do this in post #510 and #518, but neither really worked properly. Both methods did remove the "Classifieds Tab", but they both also removed the main options/settings navbar from with in. The... What's New?, Post Classified, My Settings, and Moderate Classifieds disappear. Advanced thanks for who ever can help with this.

1)
5.1.2 removed the error message while sorting within a category. Problem now, is that if you push the arrow the sorting will collect information from all categories, like in advanced search.

2) In the profile tab, there is no 'Post at' time for each classified

4) In advanced search: The location drop down box doesn't follow the width of the letters. It cuts them and is too narrow. There doesn't seem to be the same problem with the other drop downs.

5) Non-latin letters are not respected in the drop down of a 'seachable field' (created in admin) in sorting within advanced search . It will show them but it will not sort them. In stead it will write 'No records found'.

6) Furthermore I have found some more non translatable phrases. But I guess you prefer to get the primary bugs scrubbed first.

I hadn't updated in a week or two, but a user informed me that when he clicked on "BUY IT" he was taken to the Home Page of my forum. I confirmed this was happening and just uploaded the latest everything, and the same thing is happening.

The URL after clicking on BUY IT is http://www.sitename/forum/#
