It is still messing up on my end with the editor, and the login username, which I moved down within the CSS, is off to the side. I just want everything default with just the posting editor fixed if at all possible, I love this theme, but the messed up buttons on the posting editor is frustrating me beyond belief.

clear your catch by hitting F5 i will sort the login

i'm having problem with image icons... :( Does anyone have the same issues?

I tried, Firefox is acting weird for me. It is working correctly now though with the posting editor now, and the login bar seems to be fixed as well :). There are two more issues that my forum is experiencing. The forum I run is a fixed forum, which this theme was originally, but now it is a fluid one, any chance on you offering a fixed version as well? The forum I run is 1000px wide. Also now when changing to your version of the theme it changes the login to a white background with white text, making it extremely hard to read. Any chance on fixing that also?

I appreciate your help in all of this so much, thank you for fixing these things, this is definitely one of the best themes on the site.

Quick tip :

style manager--> style name --> stylevars --> image path --> imagepath_editor

change it to : images/editor

You can fix this issue very simple... there is a image file on your images\editor\sprite.png copy this image on to your new skin folder i think it's cpstyles\darkvision\editor :)

Let me know if you have more issues with that...

We are in the process of converting our site from phpBB to vBulletin. We are attempting to keep the look as close to the current site as possible. We chose your DarkVision because it has a fixed version and has a nice clean look.

Since we are trying to 'clone' our current site, I am altering the backgrounds and such. A friend has been giving me some instructions on how to do this, since I am a true novice at working with vBulletin and a novice when it comes to web design.

But I have gotten stuck and would appreciate some assistance. I have joined TalkTemplets, but could not figure out the correct forum to ask these questions.

The current logo is located at *your forum directory*/cpstyles/darkvision/misc/banner.jpg

Simply replace this file with your logo using ftp (make sure you keep it as a .jpg).

We're planning to add an additional logo format. A .png without the text.

Did a clean install of this template. Deleted template from Style Manager and then removed files from server.

Reuploaded new version and uploaded new xml.

Everything appears normal except that Settings is missing from the top menu.

Any ideas?

Yes, the style has been updated for 4.1.8. We're working on a few minor bugs that have been recently reported.

Is there any way to set the 'article editor' (CMS) so that the text in the editor is a dark color by default?

If you look at the image below you'll see the a lot of the UI elements are invisible and the text is near invisible due to the coloring.

EDIT: I actually can see now that this is a problem in the forum editor as well. Did I miss something with a setting?

It does look just fine on your demo site (which I see is running 4.1.8 same as I.

I tried removing and reinstalling the file that's on this download thread; however, I get the same bug. I've have a friend that found the setting for the "thread title" edit box; however, we couldn't find the main edit box control.

Here are some more screenshots that show the issue in more detail. I've circled some of the things that are problematic:

1. When you type in the "title" box, it appears like #3 (hard to read); however, once you leave the field, it looks good.
2. The Main text editor has a white background (with almost white text)
3. When you're typing in "Title" or "Tags" it looks like this
4. The Font for things like "Attachments", "Subscriptions", etc (at the bottom) are BLACK. Is that intentional?

Could it be that the download zip is missing files or the xml is not up-to-date? I tried both the one from this thread as well as the one on your forums and got the exact same results.

Here is the exact xml that we are running on our forums. Try uploading it. If it results in any changes our download zip may be missing an up-to-date xml. If not, we will look into this issue for you. (possibly pm me your url if this xml doesn't work)

OK, I finally figured out how to fix it. I'm not sure if this is the RIGHT way to fix it, but it certainly does fix the issue.

Once I made this change, then now my site works the same as the demo site (as far as I can tell):

The problem seems to only excist while using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, with Opera it`s fine on my computer atleast.

Any chance to get the chrome CSS updated?
