Does "subscriptions" allow me to have a recurring payment for members? eg. I'm looking for something that can bill users via paypal on a monthly basis. If they don't pay, it demotes their user group. If they keep paying, it keeps them in a special usergroup. Can this tool do that?

No. Just use the standard API that vBulletin provides if you want subs. :)

how is the subscriptions part of CYB actually integrated back , after payment is processed at paypal?

Or is it just for manual setting , in the vbulletin API?

It's all manual.

And after the duration is over you need to manually move members back.
This mod is nice for a one time fee.

I had to uninstall it.
I went back to vB's paid subscription function and used another donation bar.
After member uses the paid subscription and once paid the member is automatically moved to another usergroup. After the subscription has lapsed, that person is moved back to the original registered group. Plus they get a reminder about their subscription lapsing.

Confused, i have a 3.8.2 theme installed, does this mean the mod wont show as its not showing even though i have the latest version of VB installed.

quick question. My clan wants to use teampay to go towards server bills. it also uses paypal but it requires me editing the paypal payment url and adding variables. where is this located in this mod so I can edit the url and add variables to the form?

There has been no payment on paypal i just wish to add a manually payment to the list. A member gave me cash and not paid by paypal.

I don't think you can add it manually, so add this money on your personnal account, then make a Paypal donation. Keep in mind this mod is called PayPal Donate, it's not Add Money Manually.

It doesnt change the UserTitles .. dunno why .

Also change user's "Display Usergroup" to VIP/Donor usergroup has beed set to YES .

I'm probably missing something but how do you manually add a donation? I have a user who wants to make a donation but wants to be strictly anonymous however I would like the amount to be ca;culated into the donation bar totals.

I don't think you can manually add a donation. So either the guy creates a fake Paypal account, or he'll never be able to give money.

i've done everything i could...i cannot even remove the "ForumSupporter" secondary group from their usernames. any ideas?
I had this problem. Mine was caused because I entered the name of the Donor Group (ie Donors) instead of the number of the usergroupid . Hope that helps

PLEASE HELP :(

after installing this mod and editing the fields in my acp panel i save the mod.
But when i return to my forum, everything appears to be a blank, nothing but a blank white page with nothing on it...

if i disable the donation bar at the bottom of the cyb paypal donate option my website is viewable once again but the mod is not available

im using vbulleyin 4.0.0 beta 5 with a custom theme...

i havnt tried to install the optional fields above as im a bit newbish when it come to playing with codes and am not even sure if this will solve my problem

please help me some one :)
