I don't know what browsers you are using but I just checked it moments ago with the latest versions of IE, FF, and Netscape and the issue you speak of does not exist.

Ahh...I see that. I don't have Opera to check but there is a simple overall fix for that. ;)

Okay..I just installed Opera 9.10 just to see what you are talking about. It dosen't span the table beyond the 100% that the rest of the page is in. I don't see an issue with that small darkened area. I am assuming if you opt to have more statistics show you will either not see that or it will be smaller. Just a guess though. I haven't tried it yet.

Problem:

I set up a public usergroup.

I excluded all other usergroups from being able to view the stats.

People who are part of the public usergroup still can't view the stats for some reason, even though that usergroup isn't excluded.

In other words, I don't think secondary group permissions are being inherited.

Hey cyb, any word on why it's like this and if it will be fixed. I don't think it's supposed to be like this, is it?

I love this mod but was wondering if you could impliment 1 small addition please. Can you add an option to NOT display certain stats from certain users. Like maybe add an option to " Exclude Users: " and then maybe add the member number or something of the sort. I have a bot that floods the latest post feature & I wanna exclude that user's threads from showing up. Can you please let me know if this can be done. Thanks so much.

You can move it to separate usergroup and exclude that group from showing in stats.

I have also bots on my forums and they have their own usergroup which I've excluded from stats.

I may add option to exclude users in next version anyway...

Is it possible to show the "hotes Threads" only from the last 24 h ?
Also only the lost 24h new Themes should be shown in "hottest Threads"

v4.9 - Mar 23. 2007.
-Fixed bug where cell spacing/padding for individual stats tables are not defined - this saves a lot of space and looks much better imo
-Colspan for the main table now calculated automatically, depending on number of enabled stats (this fixes problem with tiny blank column in Opera)
-Fixed bug where some special characters are not shown properly in stats when titles/usernames are trimmed
-Trimming is now done in standard vBulletin style - trims a string to the specified length while keeping whole words
-New: Option to remove bold style from usernames in stats
-Hack compatible with vBadvanced CMPS (location: adv_index, variable to globalize: cybtopstats)
-Improved compatibility with right-to-left direction styles
-BIG general code clean-up

Upgrade info: Import product XML, allow overwrite.

Same here, Hottest Threads and Forum News are not working.
Also, would it be possible to make it so we can adjust the width of the tables? Since VB is stupid in that there are no built in "Latest Post" list, i use your mod at the top of my forum to show the last 10 threads posted to.....but it looks like crap....

4.9 Most Viewed Threads also not working.

Cybernetec didn't you ever thought to make it possible to show each statistic in separate Tables and make options, which table where to show, say lates posts on main page, top posters in a subforum e.t.c?

If one switches on, all nice statistics that your hack provides, the table gets Huge and useless.

You force people to choose only some of statistics and I am sure noone shows everything, even on your screenshots one can see that there are only a half of tables shown, sure otherwise a resolution of monitor more than 1600x1200 were needed to show everything in a useful form....

I dont agree with that Idea:

-Trimming is now done in standard vBulletin style - trims a string to the specified length while keeping whole words

This should be optionable because it means loss of data when having to watch out for the statistic width. Its still better to show just a part of a word than just not showing it because its to long.

Latest News still isn't working though. The column is there but it's empty.

This update is good, but it still has the issue that if you try and exclude a user group from being calculated in stats, it blanks out the full stat field (no matter what usergroup you are in).

Here is an example...

I tried to exclude an RSS handler feed which is in a unique usergroup. When I put that usergroup into the option field to exclude, it no longer displays any stats.

I have this same problem, except with the "latest news." If it helps, I also enabled forum rewriting for forumdisplay.

Yup your right, On this mod I never read updates since there ususally just bug fixes.
