my hosts gone down, and i haven't got any other servers i can use that have vb on, so the new version wudda been released by now, but i havent been able to make sure everything works properly

have a localhost to test things on its a lot better then relying on a host
theres a tutorial on this forum concerning installing apache/php/mysql on windows

or you could download apachetriad has everything in one
