Yes.

Surfhog, I cannot work on my other hacks until the 22nd (I only saved my Tutorial Hack when I formatted my HDD)

what can we expect out of 1.4?

In the installation file for 1.3 I've mentioned 3 features that will appear in 1.4:

Favourite Tutorials
Page Numbers
Users tutorials in their profile (addon only)

I have thought about a comment system and decided not to release that until 1.5 (Or if further issues occur, a later version, such as 1.6)
