How exactly do we take advantage of the Webmaster part of this mod for the google+1?

Which code do we add?
Where do we add the code?
How should the code appear once it is added?

On mod option you find the code box. You will see code for +1 twitter and facebook just adjust them as you wish.You can also add more sharing buttons if like
from the link you provide you will see the look and size of the button this is also true for twitter and facebook

Yes you can just remove the if statment unless you know what you are doing. for example to show share button with count on side you will add
